EquitChem Anti-Malaria Oil is applied to collections of stagnated water by knapsack sprayer. It will quickly form a stable , thin film of oil on the water surface, thus effectively cutting off the oxygen supply to the mosquito larvae. 
Mosquito Larvae live in water, but they must either surface for air or obtain it from the under- water portions of plant. 
The efficacy Of control is largely dependent upon the amount Of pollution and types Of surrounding Vegetation. Where the vegetation is heavy, apply with Temephos 1% S.G (abate). This granular Larvicide will act as a slow releasing insecticide and will enhance residual control.
