Description
Siroflex Painter's Caulk-It is a one component highly qualified plastic-elastic sealant based on acrylic emulsion.
Uses
For the sealing and filling of gaps and cracks where movement can occur, such as those between plasterwork and window frames, door frames, skirting boards and architraves.
Siroflex Painter's Caulk-It is a one component highly qualified plastic-elastic sealant based on acrylic emulsion. The product is almost odour free and is not corrosive towards metals. After application, it forms a tough rubber by evaporation of water from the sealant.
For the sealing and filling of gaps and cracks where movement can occur, such as those between plasterwork and window frames, door frames, skirting boards and architraves. Use prior to painting or wall papering to fill cracks which will prevent them from developing later.
Limitations
Among others not recommended for continuous water emersion and not for PE, PP, Teflon and bituminous surfaces.Painting over with highly filled emulsion paints can cause cracks in the paint film.
